Network Fees
Blockchain network fees (sometimes called "gas" or "miner fees") are not set by BlueMesa Exchange. They are determined by network conditions at the time of the transaction. These fees are passed through to the user and may vary significantly based on network congestion. High network fee periods can substantially increase the cost of on-chain transactions.
Fee Changes
BlueMesa Exchange may update its fee schedule from time to time. Changes will be communicated to account holders through the platform and updated on this page. Where required by applicable law, advance notice will be provided before fee changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the updated schedule.
Fee Disputes
If you believe a fee was applied incorrectly to your account, you may submit a dispute through our error resolution process. Contact us in writing with the transaction details and the nature of your dispute. We will investigate and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
